As an Implementation Specialist, your main responsibility is to support the implementation of software for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then configure and customize systems to meet those needs.

Your key responsibilities may include:
• Collaborating with clients to identify their specific business requirements and designing a customized implementation plan.
• Configuring ERPs (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, MS Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica) to meet client needs, including setting up the company and financial data, integrating third-party applications, and creating custom workflows
• Providing training and support to clients on how to use Sage Intacct and NetSuite effectively.
• Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met and that deliverables are of high quality.
