Together Oplopen is a foundation that links residents to families who can use a helping hand in all kinds of areas. Families that have many worries at the same time often find it difficult to resolve. Due to all the stress, the development of the children is hampered and families are referred to assistance. That's where Up Together comes into the picture. By linking a volunteer to the family and letting them walk with the family, there is a warm and close contact.
