Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Call Center Agent at KONNECTiFi. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing excellent customer service and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being Rawalpindi but some work from home is acceptable.

• Ability to handle high volume of calls and work under pressure
