To coordinate with all departments in the delivery of HR and general services and to ensure smooth flow of general office affairs.
- Implements HR programs, in coordination with different departments
- Coordinates with all departments in relation to their manpower requirements
- Prepares timekeeping every cut-off
- Acts as custodian of all personnel information file (201). Responsible for updating records of employees that shall serve as reference for personnel action and movements.
- Monitors attendance of all employees and recommends appropriate action for any infraction committed against attendance policy.
- Coordinates with all department heads/managers in the consistent implementation of general office policies and procedures as well as assists supervisors/managers in the interpretation of code on employee’s discipline.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Psychology or BS in Human Resource Development Management
