Job description

Qualifications:

-Must be a Graduate of any 4-year HR related course

-With experience/s in HR duties.

-With knowledge in recruitment/ hiring, MS applications, compensation and benefits, labor laws and other related laws

-Willing to be assigned in Makati

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting of applicants.

-Orients new employee with company policy

-Maintains employee 201 file -Monitors employee performance and attendance

-Provides payroll information by collecting time and creating summary of daily time record -Prepares disciplinary notices

-Ensures new policies and procedures are disseminated immediately to concern department

-Responsible for preparing documents needed for application or renewal of Business, FIRE, and Clinic Permits.

-Responsible for generation of Payment Reference Number for SSS, HDMF and Phil health contributions

-Assisting employees in availing government benefits
