Job Overview The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager will identify and deliver successful process improvement opportunities within Supply Chain. This position will independently lead high-impact, cross-functional teams by utilizing Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to deliver significant value to the Keurig Dr Pepper business. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership on a regular basis and requires an ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. The manager will need to demonstrate leadership skills and passion around continuous improvement, as well as strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and project management capabilities.
