Summary

This position is located in National Parks of Eastern North Carolina, in the Facility Management Division.

Duties
• Operates/oversees the operation of the Facility Management Software System (FMSS) including, but not limited to, facility asset identification and inventory including attached equipment/features, condition assessment, cost estimating, work order generation, and life cycle.
• Supports Park management in complying with core responsibilities Real Property Asset Management, Departmental Asset Management Plan, and Federal Real Property Asset Management.
• Uses standardized guidelines to determine the condition of all assets, including annual and comprehensive assessments, life-cycle assessments, and daily work findings.
