POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead and manage the customer relations team assuring service excellence for internal and external customers, coverage of the admissions process 24 x 7, and timely completion of business-related tasks while balancing GHV business needs, customer issues and competitive pressures. Meet/exceed Nursing Center financial and operational business objectives relating to: * Census * Payor Mix * DSO * Timely filing of Medicaid Financial Eligibility Applications * Internal Marketing * Employee turnover * Customer Satisfaction Work collaboratively with other Business Units or company functions in support of activities that will positively impact performance results. As a working manager, assumes the position of lead Admissions or lead Financial designee.
