Main Job Purpose:
• The main job purpose is to ensure the efficient and safe operation of plant machinery while optimizing costs and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This includes adherence to safety and legal requirements, implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, providing technical support and training, and identifying and implementing corrective measures for equipment failures.

Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to safety and legal requirements as per the OHS Act for plant machinery, maintenance activities, projects and contractors and the 5S
• To implement and drive continuous improvement and cost saving initiative projects by following the correct Procurement procedures to ensure the optimal utilization of materials, spares and services.
