• Prepare action plans for individuals as well as for team for an effective search for national sales leads and prospects.
• Focus on Expansion of Business by Identifying & entering in new market and customers.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
• Supports team member in adding new customer base and service existing customers & provides timely, accurate, approvals on Price, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
• Responsible for Relationship Management with customers and Bringing New Business
• Adheres to all Company’s policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Insures that all sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closings.
