Experience: 4 years or above in field sales, 2 years above in Team Handling

Responsibilities

❖ Managing the overall running of the sales team size of 10 Sales Executives.

❖ Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and solidify its

presence in your geography market.

❖ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’

strengths and weaknesses.

❖ Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new operators by

partnering.

❖ Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key

demographics.

❖ Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives.

❖ Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

❖ Coordinating sales efforts with different departments for fast and smooth closing.
