We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President (Legal) with a minimum of 14+ years of robust experience in IT background and contract management, litigation, IPR management, labor compliance, and overall legal compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing legal affairs within the organization's global operations, providing guidance and support to various departments across different geographical regions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal issues pertaining to the IT and BPO industry.

2. Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of various contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, licensing agreements, and service level agreements.
