Desired candidate profile
• 2-3 years Experience in international BPO / Domestic BPO, specifically in a Voice, Backend and Email Handling process
• Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management
• Good communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
• Willing to work in 24/7 environment
• If the candidate is under graduate/ drop out with 1 year of voice process experience - then the profiles can be shared. The candidate should not be appearing for any exams up to next 6 months.
• This is a night shift profile. So, make sure the candidate is available for Night shift.
• The candidate should have voice process experience in international or domestic market
• This is a contractual role for 6 months. Based on the performance during this 3 6 months, the further role would be decided.
• Open to work on Indian Holidays and weekend shifts
