Candidate requirements :
• Previous experience working in a luxury lodge
• Previous experience in managing a lodge
• Must be very strong in administration
• Attention to detail
• Experience in managing a team
• Hands-on with guests
• A managerial background
• Must be a positive individual with problem-solving skills
• Very organised and meet deadlines
• Must be capable of working under pressure
• Team player
• Strong communication skills
• Must have PrDP
• Must be FGASA guides or should be willing to work towards their FGASA guide qualifications.

Duties :
• FOH operations including reservations, bookings, check-in / out, scheduling of activities, and transfers.
• General computer literacy will be advantageous, but training will be provided on-site.
• Overseeing the F & B operation, including ordering, stock taking, menu planning, quality control, and service standards.
