The overall objective of this position is to continually monitor CCTV remotely, to ensure that customer needs are always properly and professionally addressed and to make sure that all site-specific security standards are fulfilled.

Minimum Requirements...

· Grade 12 / Matric

· Grade C PSIRA registered and accredited

· CCTV monitoring experience

· Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required

· will work shifts

· Work independently and within a team.

· A minimum of two years’ experience in the Security Industry CCTV Control room

· Fluent in English

· No criminal record or any Pending Cases

· Must be reliable and trustworthy

Responsibilities And Duties

Monitoring and responding to both emergency and non-emergency signals

Phoning of the Premises/ Clients/ Key holders

Using a computer to record all necessary information into the activations
