Job Responsibilities:
• Plan the use of resources related to labor, materials, machines and work methods to increase the efficiency of plant operational costs.
• Create operational strategies for all factories to achieve targets.
• Develop a Quality Management System to produce quality products in accordance with company standards.
• Control the use of departmental budgets to ensure effective and efficient use of budgets in order to achieve departmental and company goals

Job Requirement:
• Education min. S1 Engineering / Management
• Has managerial experience in the manufacturing sector
