Responsibilities
• Take charge of implementing strategy and managing collection activities across branches in the specified area
• Create and oversee collection strategies, and track progress across branches
• Monitor the collection performance and cost efficiencies of all branches
• Be accountable for achieving collection targets across branches

Requirements
• At least a Bachelor's Degree
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role focused on Collection and Recovery within financial institutions
• Must exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as strong mathematical abilities. Additionally, proficiency in training is essential
• Display effective management skills, showcasing the ability to make decisions under challenging circumstances
• Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness
