About This Opportunity

We are looking for a talented BSS Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in BSS Mediation, Charging and Billing platforms, with a strong understanding of its BSS architecture, design, and implementation.

What You Will Do
• Gather and finalize requirements with the customer.
• Design & implementation of the technical solution.
• Ensure delivery and execution as per SLAs.
• Perform capacity and performance management-related activities.
• Work closely with Operations teams.
• Planning and Design related Tasks.
• To ensure all the activities are conducted are driven as per MSTOP guidelines.
• Analyse customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.

You will bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, Telecom, CS) with at least 6-7 years of relevant experience in charging and mediation domains.
• Prior experience with Ericsson mediation is preferred.
