Key Responsibilities:
• Create, review and update standard operating procedures
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
• Prepare and complete action plans and work flows
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve tools and systems
• Participate in projects to collect, organize and distribute information
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in similar positions
• Experience in SAP would be an asset
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Office365 and project management tools would be an asset
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
