Responsibilities:

•Perform advanced and routine maintenance on tin can making, tomato mix processing and tin can packaging machines to ensure optimal performance.

•Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in all related machinery.

•Implement and manage comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

•Maintain and update detailed maintenance logs and reports.

•Quickly address and resolve machine-related issues during production to minimize operational disruptions.

•Source, install, and test replacement machine components.

•Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.

•Collaborate with external service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

•Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on troubleshooting and repair techniques.
