Monitor the recruitment plan and activities as per Vacancy Planning to ensure vacancies are filled up timely
- Weekly updates on status & analysis and monthly updates in Meeting
- Produce and update HR manpower dashboard in Power BI by monthly basis for management reporting
- Support daily activities including People Development, Leadership Development & Employee Relations
- Review, analyse, monitor and preparing a report for HR Department performance

Skills and requirements:

- Bachelor in Human Resource Management and any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in recruitment and Human Resource field.

Contract length: 10 months
• *Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
