To report duty on work daily basis to the Director.
- Conducts toolbox meeting as weekly basis
- To closely monitor company vehicle movement and maintenance.
- To attend any site visit on site if required.
- To raise up any issue on site promptly to the Director.
- To monitor the job performed by the all staffs at branch.
- To back-up the Human Resourse Dpt, and Finance Dpt work's activity if required.
- To secure any close out report for project performed if required.
- To attend the work progress meeting if required.
- To perform the JOB FREEZE as monthly basis if required.
- To attend the Technical Meeting.
- To attend any Management Meeting at our clients premises.
- Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
