Juslaws & Consult is looking for a Thai Lawyer to join our Litigation Department and Corporate and Business Department.

Workplace Area: The Royal Place 96/66 Moo 1, Kathu, Kathu, Phuket 83120, Thailand

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice for any policy/regulations/laws related matter in Thailand;
• Knowledge and experience in preparing and drafting court complaints;
• Experience in representing a client or a firm at the court;
• Preparing Case Reports and Case Updates for the clients;
• Attending Court Hearings and Negotiations;
• Experience in dealing with both foreign and Thai clients;
• Provide support and assistance to the Senior Lawyers, Business Consultants, and Partners as requested especially with Litigation Matters;
• Provide information to Senior Lawyers, Partners, and Business consultants if requested;
• Coordinate and assign the team designated or assigned by the Managing Partner or Senior Lawyer to follow up with the clients;
