Job Description / Responsibility
• Develops and/or reviews standards, policies, and procedures for all functions and departments;
• Develop and lead Quality Assurance by configuring world class Knit Fabric manufacturing and operating profit to the company;
• Coordinates and assists with vendor inspections;
• Manage and maintain the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the required quality of the garments;
• Periodically inspects completed quality control checklists, forms, and other documents; randomly inspects and verifies quality control checks for conformance to prescribed standards;
• Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and initiate necessary measures;
• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attribute;
