Job Description / Responsibility
• Sound and solid planning and follow-up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
• Figure out deviations and assist in rectifying future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
• Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
• Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
• Analyze every production stage of the woven fabrics manufacturing process to minimize wastage percentage.
• Take the necessary initiative to improve the overall production efficiency of the weaving units.Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
