RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop marketing strategies in alignment with the organization’s business targets.
• Prepare Go-to-Market plans for specific products and/or species.
• Design and execute Marketing Plans / Campaigns to deploy the strategies in the market.
• Innovation rollouts.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to provide marketing insight and direction.
• Manage the organization’s Competitive Intelligence.
• Ensure brand alignment, clear positioning and messaging.
• Develop sales enablement materials and tools for the sales team.
• Prepare annual budget and manage expenditures
• Represent marketing on cross-functional teams interfacing with product development, production, and manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products or products lines.
