Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus or portfolio of buildings.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.
• Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by Self Perform Team and/or 3rd party service providers performing Hard Services scope which covers building maintenance and etc., and Soft Services scope which covers, Cleaning & Janitorial works, landscaping works and etc.
• Analysis and review of work orders issued per day and per week to ensure that assignments are completed.
• Work order analysis report preparation and calibrating the performance of Self Perform Teams & 3rd party contractors
