Job Overview
• Manage and control the payment of sales routes, delivery, and warehouse according to department guidelines and corporate processes to ensure proper payment management.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare the settlement of sales routes, delivery, and warehouse (delivery log, cash and bank reconciliation, preparation of paperwork) to ensure that the payment corresponds to the work done.
• Compile necessary documentation for the delivery route to provide commercial teams with registration tools.
• Manage and file payment documentation (credit invoices, vouchers, and activity sheets for consignments and loans, rejected checks) to ensure compliance with established processes and prevent payment errors.
• Generate reports in the system to report incidents on settlement results.

Who we are looking for?
• High school diploma or university student (Accounting Technician or Business Administration).
