We require a chef in a resort property with 10 rooms, maximum expected guest count 50 per day. We would expect the chef to be capable of doing the following - serve traditional breakfast including preparing dough, batter etc., for dosa, idly, chapathi, poori, sandwich etc.- make common Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes including chicken, mutton and fish- make fried items like snacks bajji, bonda, others- make good coffee and tea The chef has to reside on the premises of the property, we can discuss on leaves etc., depending on their requirements and need.
