*Duties and Responsibilities:*
• Classroom management
• Good knowledge of the American Curriculum
• Academic assistant
• Be proactive in class and engage with students on a teaching level
• Provide support for students and know how to handle students of different
levels
• Prepare teaching materials, and resources and get them approved by HOD
• Be independent and teach students how to be independent
• Always set a good example for students
• Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the
following:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials
facilitating active learning.
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests by established
procedures.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and
equipment.
• Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing
rules and procedures.
