Join our dynamic team as a Research Lab Assistant - Decors and Cream for our R&D department in Lummen and immerse yourself in a world of delightful creations. Your mission in this team is to perform lab trials according to well defined procedures, allowing to build scientific insights on new and innovative products under direct supervision of an R&D manager. As a key member of our Research and Development department, you will have the chance to explore and experiment with an array of delicious ingredients, shaping the future of bakery and pastry products.

Research and innovation projects support (70%)
• You will work on the organization and execution of lab and pilot trials, including sample preparation, followed by lab analysis and evaluation of the tests.
