Founded in 1988, Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC) is a multi-site, multi-service community health centre driven by a mission to care, to respond, and to build community.

With five sites in Kingston, two in Napanee, and several satellite, partner, and programming sites across the region, KCHC is a recognized champion for people and communities who experience systemic barriers that impact their health.
