Waterloo, ONCampbell Litigation is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Legal Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. This is a permanent part-time position (2-3 days per week). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the staff and office, dealing with accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, creating invoices, processing payments and monthly reconciliations.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of Legal Bookkeeping experience.
Job responsibilities include:
• Legal bookkeeping; manage trust and general accounts, ensuring compliance with legal standards;
• A commitment to upholding the values of honesty, trust, and integrity;
• ADP Payroll processing;
• Tax remittances (HST and Corporate);
• Professional corporation maintenance;
• Accounts payable/receivable;
• Data entry;
• Knowledge of accounting software (PCLaw and Quickbooks);
• Reconciliation and balancing of accounts;
