Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor, Program Implementation on a temporary basis (term up to 12 months).

We are looking for a customer focused professional to support the rollout of centrally managed Customer Experience (CX) programs across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). If you are passionate about building stakeholder relationships and have experience supporting teams through change initiatives, we encourage you to apply! The successful candidate will contribute to the success of one of FCL’s key strategic priorities and participate in projects impacting the CRS for years to come.

This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK. However, location may be flexible depending on the candidate.

Note: This role requires approximately 25% annual travel.
