JOB TITLE : Administrative Support Specialist

LOCATION : Sheridan Barracks, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany

DUTIES :
• Provide operations and administrative support to the process of tracking and executing PfPC programs, including tracking attendees. Track Event Building Templates
• Ensure essential event scheduling and planning information from the PfPC Operations Calendar is properly reflected on the GCMC’s Outlook calendar in accordance with GCMC policy
• Track the preparation of After-Action Reports (AARs) by event, and ensure proper distribution to all team leads, respective country desk officers
• Provide reports on the execution and budgetary status of programs
• Provides social media and web site content management, by editing and posting content provided by PfPC Program Managers
• Provide administrative support during periods of peak execution to traveling PfPC permanent staff and speakers to ensure event objectives are met
