Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff at Server Engineering and Trading PLC.in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. They will also provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in using sales tools and software
