Your Main Missions as an Apprentice in Talent Acquisition will be :
• Collect recruitment needs from managers for apprenticeships and internships : collect job descriptions, publish advertisements, etc.
• Recruiting : select interesting profiles that answered the job ad

o Search for candidates within the jobboards (Linkedin, Hellowork, Apec, etc)
o Screen calls with potential candidates
o Conduct HR interviews in French and English
o Contribute to final selection for Alternances and Internships
• Lead calls with managers to follow up recruitment processes & interviews
• Manage the internal recruitment platform : coordinate the publication / deletion of positions, monitor the overall the overall management of applications, etc. More Detail
