We are looking for a dedicated secretary who can start working 135 days a year immediately.

???? **Languages:** Fluent in English and French

???? **Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail suite, Zoom, and Dropbox

???? **Responsibilities:**

- Handling emails from our members

- Dealing with WG, Committee Member Nations, and ExCo

- Assisting our secretariat team

This is a self-employed, primarily remote position, with occasional travel required (expenses covered).
