Clear Sky Recruitment is pleased to be the recruitment partner of an established manufacturing organisation based in the Ystrad Mynach area of south Wales. On behalf our client and in line with their continued success, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Product Design Engineer.

As a Product Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our client's plastic products. Your primary focus will be on designing and optimizing products using plastic injection moulding techniques. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, while also being manufacturable and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop new plastic products from concept to production.
• Optimize existing designs to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance manufacturability.
