Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sports Coaching Enthusiast at Unggul Sports Center located in Malang. As a Sports Coaching Enthusiast, your main responsibility will be to provide coaching and guidance to athletes and sports enthusiasts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting practice sessions, evaluating performance, and providing feedback to help athletes improve their skills and achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sports Degree more preffered

• Passion for sports and coaching

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Certifications or formal training in coaching or related fields is a plus

• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Having good knowledge of the Sports and Fitness Industry

• Having strong willingness to learn
