Roles and Responsibilities

Overseeing the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, testing,
and joining of Candidates.
Maintaining employee service book.
Retaining good employees and conducting Exit Interview.
Help senior management in Performance Appraisal of Employees.
Build and cultivate relationships across all levels and business areas
including both clients
and HR stakeholders.
Build strong relationship with internal and external employees.
Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer.
Managing day to day HR Activities (Motivating and Conflict Management)
