Job Description
• Maintenance of field instruments which includes transmitters (PT, FT, LT, TT), control valves, switches, analyzers, sensors, RTDs, auto drain valves, flow meters, thermocouples, PSVs, TSVs etc.
• Maintenance of PLC, DCS and SIS (ESD/SCS) control systems.
• Troubleshoot the instrument related issues on a daily basis.
• Follow annual maintenance plan (PM plan and turnaround) for Instrumentation based on PM plans, historical performance, vendor manuals, AL group guidelines, with the guidance of Maintenance In-charge.
