• 1. Construction Supervision:
• · Assist the Project Manager in overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• · Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of construction tasks.
• · Responsible for daily productivity of NMR labours as per the company norms.
• · Responsible for the effective utilization of equipment’s and reduce the idle time of equipment’s
• · Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• · Assist in resolving any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• · Coordination and Communication with junior engineers and Labour team on the daily assigned tasks.
