Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their staffing challenges and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
• Experience in account management and client relationship building
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in IT Sales (MUST HAVE)
• Fresher’s With good English knowledge and ability to work independently
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing industry or related field.
