TXT Group is looking for an HR Recruiter for an initial internship experience within the Corporate team of the Recruiting Group.

The position offers the opportunity to approach the recruiter profession, working closely with all companies and business units of the Group, actively contributing to the growth and development of human resources.

The resource will be part of a large and structured team and will collaborate closely with technical managers, supporting them in the search and selection phase.

Main activities:
• Understanding and analysis of requests in the Engineering and ICT sector, including the collection and definition of job descriptions.
• Implementation of networking strategies for active and targeted recruitment.
• Development and implementation of search strategies, identifying channels for creating pools of qualified candidates.
