Due to our continuous expansion, we are currently looking for a R&D Specialist - Medical Devices to support one of our clients in Mirandola, Italy.

You will be responsible for:
• Lead and manage R&D projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Conduct and oversee laboratory tests and experiments on medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
• Handle and resolve product complaints, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
