The position holder will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging multimedia learning solutions that effectively support the organization’s training and development objectives.

Job Profile
• Responsible for developing and organizing learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and the job aids with accurate and relevant content that align with organizational goals
• Managing the LMS platform and tracking learner progress along with identifying areas for improvement
• The app administration in terms of user provisioning & deprovisioning, performance monitoring, and log analysis
• Digital platform channel management

Personal Profile
• A degree/ professional qualification in Training, Education Management
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages
• Minimum one-year experience in a similar role
• Excellent multimedia content creation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro and After Effects
