This Mexico City Office Administrator is responsible for having a physical presence daily in the Mexico City office located specifically in Colonia Las Aguilas. This individual will handle administrative responsibilities as they arise. This position will report to the People & Culture team of HFA-AE (US) and will be supported by that team for their needs.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain a presence in the Mexico City office (Las Aguilas).
• Foster good communication between HFA de Mexico administration and HFA-AE (US) administration.
• Foster good communication between HFA and our International CPA firm, Baker Tilly.
• Engage in recruiting efforts for the Mexico City office.

Job Duties
• Open Mexico City office at 8:30 am each workday.
• Greet any visitors and assist them with their requests.
• Work with HFA-AE Systems team to maintain Internet and proper equipment in office.
• Work with the HFA-AE Accounting team on invoicing communication or other client project-related projects.
