As a member of the Global IT Asset and Vendor Management (ITAM) Team, you will work within established department procedures to maintain the Flexera system. Flexera is one of the leading SAM (Software Asset Management) platforms that enables our ITAM team to improve our software licensing position across multiple software publishers and products.

This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Queretaro and will report to Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Help with locally installed software license reclamation and cost savings using Flexera’s software usage analysis report
• Assist the ITAM team with internal licensing audits using Flexera’s data and reports
• Help create license positions before each publisher’s renewal dates
• Utilize Microsoft DevOps to track each software renewal lifecycle process
• Ensure data quality of the Flexera platform by analyzing and working with multiple IT infrastructure teams
