Job Responsibility

Operational Management
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the outlet.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high quality service.

Team Leadership
• Recruit, train and manage a team of consultants, therapists and customer service staff.
• Foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Client Engagement
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales and Revenue
